St. Louis Production Company Releases New DVD
St. Louis Based Dream Welder Productions to Release a New Type Of Artwork For Today?s Television Monitors; Motion Portraits: Fire Volume 1 DVD
St. Louis, MO December 15, 2004 -- DreamWelder Productions, a television and motion picture production company based in St. Louis MO, is launching a series of artistic environment videos, beginning with Fire Volume 1. Fire is a compilation of sequences that include a traditional hearth fire and several artistic close-up views of wood fires in varying stages. Produced with today?s cutting edge technology, the image quality is well-suited to bring out the qualities of premium video screens.
In addition to the flickering amber and red hues of cheery flames and embers, Fire Volume 1 boasts excellent audio and exquisite music. Jay A. Kelley, principle of DreamWelder Productions is an accomplished director and cinematographer. ?I wanted to do more than just photograph a fireplace. Fire is mesmerizing, and I went to great lengths to capture that. This DVD is just gorgeous on any screen, particularly on high end plasma monitors.?
Kelley continued, ?Along with the imagery, the music is wonderful. Some ?fireplace videos? run a simple soundtrack that sounds like a video game. Our composer Dwayne Hilton created music that is soothing and hypnotic capturing just the right mood for each of the scenes I created.? In fact, almost every scene on the DVD had music especially written for it. Using the advanced DVD technology, Kelley allows the viewer to choose from listening to just Hilton?s music, the sound of the fire, or a mix of both.
DreamWelder Productions? Motion Portraits: Fire Volume 1 represents a leap forward in artistic imagery for today?s video monitors, coupling cutting edge production with specially commissioned music to create a unique gift. Motion Portraits: Fire Volume 1 can be purchased on the web at www.dreamwelder.com/fireDVD.
